Accommodations

If you are interested in coming to visit our community in Jesup, Georgia, we’d love to see you. We offer a range of shared Homestead amenities. In return for sharing our home, guests are encouraged to share in the community ideal - helping out where they can. If you already have a Skoolie or any other Home on wheels and need space to work on it, the Homestead offers space, like-minded people and support.

We offer sunny and shaded spots for you to work on your DIY build yourselves for up to six months, Do It Yourself (DIY) sites. Each DIY spot is $650 per month, our Monthly Membership Fee. Each DIY spot has a 20 or 30 amp electric service, along with use of all that our Homestead has to offer. Advice and assistance on your builds from Homesteader owner, Brett and current DIY’ers is available as well as use of The Homestead Shop and as long as you are a skilled tool user, if not Brett can show you how to use certain tools and use of our onsite shared Clubhouse. If needing work done by Brett, $75/hour.
