D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself) $650.00

Tier 1 Upgrade(Cabin) $1000.00

Tier 2 Upgrade(Tiny Cabin) $950.00

Night (Nightly fee) $25.00

Your monthly membership and nightly fee includes electric and water at your site and use of all Homestead amenities

*A Security deposit of $325.00 is required to save a D.I.Y. space. Your Security deposit is applied to your FIRST FULL MONTH here at the Homestead. If arriving after the first of the month, your prorated monthly membership fee will be due upon arrival.*

Membership Extras:

Use of donated items left behind

Free dumping of metal items.

Dump trailer, fee varies from $10 to $75 depending on what goes in it.

Boondocking for 3 free nights

Boondocking Upgrades:

Fill water tanks $5 per fill

Dump grey or black water into septic $5 per dump

Shower $5 per shower

Use of coin operated Washer and Dryer.
